Don’t rush the movements – slower and more controlled reps activat your deep core more effectively than fast, momentum-based ones

Exhale on the effort 🤸‍♀️
Pilates is all about breath! Exhale (Breathe out) on the hardest part of each movement – this helps activate and engage the deep core muscles

Reset your alignment 🧘‍♀️
Check in with your form during class – is your ribcage starting to flare? Lower back arching too much? Take a second to pause, realign and re-engage
