Signature Pilates blends the classical Pilates method with The Ivy Room’s refined approach to movement. Expect a strong, intentional full-body sequence using traditional mat work alongside props such as Pilates rings, balls, bands and light weights.

Our Signature class offers intermediate to advanced mat work, challenging coordination, stamina and body awareness while helping you progress towards a more advanced mat Pilates practice.

Form meets Force. Strength is designed to build stability and control through Pilates principles, layered with resistance-based training. Using heavier weights, resistance bands, and controlled bodyweight exercises, you’ll build muscular endurance and cultivate full-body tone.

Ideal for those wanting to evolve their practice while exploring strength-driven variations.

A low-impact class with steady, controlled sequences that sculpt, strengthen and challenge endurance — without jumping.

Sculpt: Low Impact is a slow but intense, low-impact class designed to challenge endurance without jumping cardio. Expect a continuous full-body flow using light weights, bands, balls, sliders and bodyweight movement.

This class keeps you moving through controlled, focused sequences that build stamina, tone and deep muscle connection. Sculpt: Low Impact is strong, fluid and challenging, designed to lengthen, strengthen and sculpt the body with control.

A high-energy class with cardio bursts, powerful intervals and dynamic flows designed to lift your heart rate and leave you sweaty.

Sculpt: High Impact is a high-energy class combining sculpt sequences and cardio-based intervals. Expect upbeat music, faster pacing, full-body burn and jumping cardio intervals designed to elevate the heart rate and build stamina.

This class is energetic, sweaty and uplifting, while still keeping focus on form and control. It is designed to improve fitness, coordination and endurance through a fun, powerful and dynamic full-body workout.

A ballet-inspired class with an upbeat, powerful pace designed to build strength, improve control and create a deep, focused burn.

Barre Burn is a ballet-inspired class built around controlled, powerful sequences that challenge posture, balance and muscular endurance. Expect upbeat music, barre work, pulses, holds, light weights and targeted exercises for the legs, glutes, arms and core.

This class is graceful but strong — designed to build tone, stamina, stability and control through precise, focused movement.

REFORMER CLASSES

Build core strength, refine technique, and gain confidence through guided, equipment-based Pilates.

Essentials Reformer is designed to build confidence, control and understanding on the reformer. This class focuses on alignment, breath, core connection and clean movement patterns, using spring resistance to support and strengthen the body.

Expect slower transitions, clear instruction and a steady pace that allows you to refine technique and move with intention. Ideal for clients starting out, returning to reformer, or wanting to strengthen the fundamentals of their practice.

Level up your practice with layered movement that challenges strength, enhances mobility, and builds full-body stamina.

Progress with control.

Intermediate Reformer is designed to take your reformer practice beyond the foundations. This class introduces more challenging exercises, stronger resistance and intermediate-level progressions that require greater control, coordination and body awareness.

Expect a focused full-body class that builds endurance, stability and confidence while continuing to prioritise alignment, technique and precision. This is the next step for clients ready to work at a stronger, more intermediate level on the reformer.

Master more advanced Reformer training through precision-driven strength, stability, and complex movement patterns.

ADVANCED  |  50 MIN

Precision with power.

Energise Reformer brings a more contemporary and athletic approach to the reformer. Expect complex sequencing, stronger transitions and full-body movement designed to challenge strength, coordination, stamina and focus.

This class keeps the rhythm controlled and intentional, while introducing a more elevated level of intensity on the machine. It is designed for clients who feel confident on the reformer and are ready to explore a stronger, more dynamic practice.

Note: Not suitable during pregnancy.

PRIVATE, DUOS & TRIOS

Personalised Pilates designed to support your journey, refine your practice, and deepen your connection to movement.

ALL LEVELS  |  55 MIN

Whether you’re new to Pilates, seeking personalised attention, or working through a specific concern, our private sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs.

We offer one-on-one training across all Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Half Cadillac.

Private sessions may be ideal if you want to:

  • Rehabilitate an injury or manage a chronic condition with guidance from our experienced instructors
  • Build confidence and deepen your understanding before joining group classes
  • Enhance your existing practice and maximise the benefits of regular sessions
  • Refocus your goals or accelerate your Pilates progression
  • Safely return to Pilates after time away

Please note: Reformer and Wunda Chair sessions can accommodate duos or trios, while Cadillac sessions are limited to one-on-one training.
