More depth. More burn. Our Signature Slow Burn turns the dial up on your Pilates practice with deeper holds, layered movement, and that signature slow burn. Expect slower transitions, clear instruction, and a supportive pace to help you feel confident and strong in your practice. You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and a little taller (yes, really). Perfect if you’re starting out, returning from a break, or just love building strong fundamentals.

Where form meets fire. Ready to level up? This intermediate session builds on your Reformer foundation with more challenge and a little more heat. Think smooth transitions, thoughtful progressions, and a full-body burn that keeps technique front and centre. It’s the perfect bridge between mastering the basics and exploring more advanced movement. You’ll sharpen your body awareness, boost endurance, and probably find a few muscles you forgot existed. Recommended after a few Foundation classes or if you’re feeling confident in your form.

Reformer Energise blends complex sequencing and refined technique with athletic movement, giving you space to challenge your strength, coordination, and focus. It’s steady, intentional, and quietly intense—the kind of session where each rep counts, and the burn lingers in the best way. Designed for clients who are confident on the Reformer and ready to explore a more elevated practice—without losing the calm, controlled rhythm that defines Pilates.

Note: Not suitable during pregnancy.

PRIVATE, DUOS & TRIOS

Personalised Pilates designed to support your journey, refine your practice, and deepen your connection to movement.

Whether you’re new to Pilates, seeking personalised attention, or working through a specific concern, our private sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs.

We offer one-on-one training across all Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Half Cadillac.

Private sessions may be ideal if you want to:

  • Rehabilitate an injury or manage a chronic condition with guidance from our experienced instructors
  • Build confidence and deepen your understanding before joining group classes
  • Enhance your existing practice and maximise the benefits of regular sessions
  • Refocus your goals or accelerate your Pilates progression
  • Safely return to Pilates after time away

Please note: Reformer and Wunda Chair sessions can accommodate duos or trios, while Cadillac sessions are limited to one-on-one training.
